Stick Blender Aioli

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/2 cup good olive oil
4 cloves garlic
salt / pepper to taste
Some saffron if you feel like it
1. Find a cup or a container that just fits the blending attachment of your stick blender
2. Add egg, lemon juice, salt, pepper, saffron, garlic
3. Add grapeseed oil. Give it 15 seconds or so to float to the top
4. Insert stick blender to the bottom of the cup. Blend. As the aioli emulsifies, tilt the cup so more and more oil is whipped into the mess.
5. Transfer to a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil
