Brooke's Peanut Noodles

It's so super easy, and you can alter it to be gluten-free, peanut free, etc to make it work at those potlucks for picky people. :)
- 1 lb pasta (spaghetti, rice noodles, soba or udon, etc...)
- 3 TBSP vegetable oil (I use grapeseed, but you could use canola or even coconut, for a stronger flavor)
- 2 TBSP toasted sesame oil
- 5 TBSP soy sauce (I use dark mushroom for flavor, you could use Bragg's or tamari for gluten-free version)
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- 2-3 TBSP peanut butter (or use tahini for peanut-free)
(You can skip the nut butter entirely for lighter sesame noodles, rather than peanut noodles.)
- Cook the pasta as directed
- Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl
- Mix wet ingredients will with the drained pasta
- Serve with love :)
