preheat oven to 425
slice broccoli lengthwise into 4 evenly size pieces
brush broccoli with olive oil and garlic
sprinkle on Parmigiano-Reggiano
roast for about 25 minutes (you want the broccoli to carmelize)...
sprinkle with lime juice right before serving
WICKED good
The broccoli keeps quite well (I tend to make up big batches and eat them over the next 2-3 days).
I'd add the lime (or lemon) juice at the last minute though....
