Banana Oat pancakes

This is a remarkably dense and filling pancake recipe. and a little gummy.

Ingredients
1 c oats
1 banana
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cottage cheese
2-4 Tbs milk
Directions
- add banana and oats to a Cuisinart. pulse until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients. Pulse until well blended.
- Let rest at least five minutes.
- Heat a nonstick pan over a high heat (if you do not use nonstick the cottage cheese will stick like crazy). lightly grease with butter.
- Ladle out pancakes and immediately turn down heat to medium.
- Cook until the pancakes lose their shiny look. Flip and cook until done.
- Really tasty eaten with a smear of peanut butter.
