Oh kale, how we love you! Here are some ways we eat kale:
- Steam, then dress with rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Raw kale slaw with some carrots and sunflower seeds and a spicy dressing.
- Serve with fresh pineapple tomato and black beans.
- For breakfast: just a little balsamic vinaigrette and pepper with a hard boiled egg.
- In chip form with a little garlic salt.
- Saute garlic in oil then add the kale. Cook til bright green & a little wilted. Top a baked sweet potato with the cooked kale & some ricotta.
