Spaghetti Salad
-from Claire
1/2 c olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c vinegar
1 can black olives
equal amt green olives
green onion
parsley
1 lb thin spaghetti
parmesan cheese
Combine garlic and vinegar, let sit.
Chop next 4 ingredients.
Cook spaghetti, then QUICKLY add olive oil, vinegar, parmesan cheese--then add all else.
Chill.
