Kate's Yummy Shortbread

   1/2 cup sugar
   1/2 cup cornstarch
   2 pinches of salt
   2 cups of flour
   2 sticks of butter

 

Sift flour, cornstarch, salt  and mix in butter to make crumbs. Then add sugar. Press gently into 2 round pans. Finish with fork around the edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour . Cut while warm. Delicious. Eat with tea !
